Telehealth Care Across Washington
Medtriq is a telehealth-first behavioral health practice serving adults across Washington State. Virtual care is central to how Medtriq provides mental health evaluation, medication management, limited therapy availability, and substance-use treatment in a way that is practical, private, and easier to keep up with.
Medtriq also maintains one physical office in University Place for local patients when in-person care is appropriate.
Why telehealth matters
Telehealth can make behavioral health care more realistic for many adults. It may reduce travel time, make follow-up easier, and help patients stay connected to care from a private location that works for them.
For people balancing work, school, family responsibilities, transportation barriers, or distance from a clinic, virtual visits can make the difference between delaying care and actually starting.
What kinds of care can happen virtually?
Many Medtriq visits can happen by telehealth when clinically appropriate. This may include mental health evaluation, medication management, limited therapy visits, substance-use treatment follow-up, and ongoing care planning.
Some situations may still require an in-person visit, outside records, lab testing, additional assessment, or coordination with another clinician. Your provider will discuss what is appropriate for your situation.
Mental health care by telehealth
Medtriq provides telehealth mental health care for adults with concerns such as depression, anxiety and panic, PTSD or trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, adjustment disorders, and personality-related concerns.
Treatment begins with a thoughtful evaluation. From there, your provider can discuss medication options, limited therapy availability, follow-up planning, and when additional therapy or specialty support may be helpful.
Substance-use treatment by telehealth
Medtriq also provides telehealth-first substance-use treatment, including care for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. When clinically appropriate, treatment may involve buprenorphine/Suboxone, naltrexone, Vivitrol, medication management, monitoring, and supportive follow-up.
Virtual care can be especially helpful for substance-use treatment because consistency matters. Telehealth may make it easier to keep appointments and remain engaged in care.
Privacy and comfort
Many patients prefer telehealth because they can attend appointments from a familiar, private setting. Before a visit, choose a quiet place where you can speak openly and safely. Use Wi-Fi or a strong signal when possible.
Medtriq’s website should not be used for emergencies. If you are having an emergency, call 911. If you are in suicidal crisis or emotional distress, call or text 988.
Need to join a visit?

Questions before starting?
If you are not sure whether telehealth is right for your situation, you can still begin with an intake form or call/text Medtriq at 253.666.6780. A full assessment helps the provider understand your needs and discuss the next appropriate step.
